One of our favorite traditions has become celebrating Dia de los Muertos with you all. Grief is tricky and meeting grief with celebrating those that we loved and bringing them to the forefront of our busy lives feels really beautiful.

It's been a really special time as well to connect with my culture more deeply - a culture and tradition steeped in immense beauty and power.
